Do You Know a UK Person Aged 100 or Over? We Want to Hear From You.
Based on recent figures, the number of people aged 100 and above in the UK has doubled from 8,300 in 2004 to 16,600 in 2024.
Between 2004 and 2024, the figure of men aged 100 or over has tripled from 910 to 3,100. During the same period, the count of female centenarians nearly doubled from 7,400 to 13,600.
We are excited to receive stories from centenarians, their family or close ones, about what it has been like to experience the past century’s major happenings and shifts.
